Abs​
This intense 20 or 30 minute class is focused on toning and strengthening your abdominals and obliques and helping you build an enviable midsection. Come get your six-pack! All levels welcome.​​​

​Boot Camp​
This class is great for improving overall strength, fitness, and cardio health. The instructor leads you through a variety of exercises using your body weight for resistance. All levels welcome.

Core
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability. All levels welcome.

Flow Yoga​
Flow Yoga integrates rhythmic breathing with conscious movement to increase strength and flexibility. By uniting body and breath, you’ll learn to move through positions with greater rhythm and control. All levels welcome.​

​The Harris Method​
This interactive floor exercise class is focused on helping individuals improve their overall strength and flexibility, prevent injuries, and reduce the effects of stress and aging on the body. Great exercise class for seniors! All fitness levels encouraged to participate.​​

Spinning​
If you can pedal a bicycle, you’re ready for Spinning and Cycling. Ride to the beat of the music while the instructor takes you on a fat-burning, heart pumping journey that will leave you energized. All levels welcome.​​​

​Yoga​
Inspire the mind and the body! You are guided to use breath in harmony with the body to attain greater strength, flexibility and range of motion. Newcomers and more experienced participants are offered variations to accommodate every skill level. All levels welcome.​

​Silver Sneakers​
SilverSneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This is a great class for seniors!

Zumba
Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective dance workout system. This low-impact class is a great for seniors!
